Tokyo Tower, Japan - November 2010

We arrived dazed, jetlagged and very confused in Tokyo, was a surreal experience realizing that you are now in a country where you are functionally illiterate...

First things first we managed (with a lot of wild gesturing) to offload our extra baggage to be shipped to Hokkaido care of the best invention ever, Takkyubin...for a very reasonable price your luggage will be delivered door to door meaning completely hassle-free travel, every country should have one, its genius!

Two days were spent in a zombie-like trance state recovering from jetlag, good thing our hotel was right next to the big red and white pointy thing so we could always find our way home....
