the heat/humidity is freaking killing me....it is persistently high temperatures up in the mid 80-90 range (thats just below 40C) and the humidity makes it feel like you are walking around inside a sauna....its just sweaty ALL the time....
other than this the south is pretty nice...one of renee's friends had a flat on the side of the road the other day and as we were starting to jack the car up a gentleman walking past stopped to help and wouldnt let us do anything...the ol southern hospitality thing or treating women right or whatever it is, it was semi-amusing....and dad you'll be proud that i was the only one who new how to change a tire...
last night i was treated to a little bit of the nashville night life...which includes a lot of people in cowboy hats and boots and Stages giving people rides up and down the main street...Renee is taking me 'honkey-tonking' tomorrow night, which i think is the full on redneck bar experience....
