3...2...1...blast off!!
Well almost......i don't leave for 19 days still......
but I suppose you could say the excitement thing is starting to kick in :)
Just for those of you that I haven't caught up with...i have finished university!! It's not official yet... I hafta wait till next year for the really expensive piece of paper but grades are in and yup I'm done.... I can now join the masses of graduates that have absolutely no use for their qualification....
case and point my job options for the last month have both been manual labour; painting the house or working in a carboard box factory (I'm not kidding)...in case you were wondering I have been painting....though factory work was tempting the 6am start was somewhat discouraging....many of you have seen me in the morning.... nuf said!!
So do you like my blog?? snazzy huh?....much kudos to my father (thanks daddy) who patiently changed the layout and the colours about a hundred times so it could look this perty.....
I'm intending to use it as a travel journal so that everyone can keep up with what I'm doing...
ohh hell who am I kidding.... it's really so I feel less guilty about not emailing everyone coz I know that I won't!.....I am the world's worst corresponder...I go through patches of motivated and inspired emailing...well motivated at least....with months of nothing in between (you have been warned)...I would like to put this down to a seriously refined talent for procrastination but its usually more accurate to just call it plain lazy...however I'm hoping the added personal gain of creating a trip record will make for a strong enough incentive so I will sort my shit out on a regular basis and write something...hopefully on the odd occasion it may even be interesting....fingers crossed.....
