Queenstown..
well what have i been up to?.......working a shit-load actually...landed myself a job (that i didn't really want) in the pharmacy...i was somewhat forced to take it given the scarcity of other job prospects in the near future and the fairly pressing lack of finances....2weeks in i am not really adjusted to the punishing schedule: 8.30-5.30 4days and 8.30-10pm 1day..to put it nicely it is a right bitch...but the money ain't half bad....so a necessary evil at this point....
on the more exciting side.....the last day i went up riding i stuck a board slide to fakey out...or in regular language: jump on the box with your board at 90 degrees and slide round to come off 180 degrees to how you started....ie im driving backwards when i come out of it...im super proud, its a big psychological barrier i've hopefully broken...
i am totally in love with Queenstown though....its a great combination of small town with a city feel....
